Engagements
A request does not establish an engagement or authorize billable work. Inputs, scope, deliverables, fees, and timing must be confirmed before work begins.
Findings and decisions
Reviews depend on the supplied documents and agreed scope. Missing, superseded, illegible, or conflicting information can affect results. Findings do not constitute design approval, engineering certification, legal advice, guaranteed change entitlement, or a guaranteed final bid.
Calculations and conversions
Verify converted files against the source. Calculators use your quantities, costs, and percentages; they do not establish market pricing or measured quantities.
CORA Membership
The planned membership is $1.99 USD per month. It provides access to AI briefings focused on construction and project management and an expanded selection of Excel workbooks available for separate purchase. Membership does not include workbook purchases, third-party AI subscriptions, or consulting services. Prelaunch signup does not start a subscription or collect payment. Recurring billing and access terms will be disclosed before paid checkout is activated.
Services without membership
Membership is not required to request any consulting, review, estimating, conversion, evaluation, or custom worksheet service. Every service is priced per request, and its scope and fee must be agreed before billable work starts.
Worksheet products
Purchases are unavailable until checkout and delivery are enabled. Each product must state the price, included files, compatibility, support, and license rights. A purchase-specific refund policy must be provided before checkout is enabled.
