Information collected

Project requests collect the contact, company, project, service, deadline, and description you submit. The workspace stores files you choose to upload. Authentication supplies an account identifier and contact identity.

Advertising applications

Advertising applications collect your contact name, company, email, website, offering, placement preference, budget range, timing, and campaign details. CORA Enterprises uses these records to review your request and respond. Applications are stored privately and accessible only to the site operator. A hashed network identifier is stored for abuse prevention; the raw IP address is not stored in application records. Do not submit confidential information.

Access and processing

Requests and files are accessible to the submitting account and CORA Enterprises’s owner. This version does not send uploaded documents to an external review provider or automatically analyze them. Browser calculator and cover-sheet tools process entered content locally. This notice must be updated before additional processing services are enabled.

Sharing authority

Only submit information you are authorized to share. This workspace is not designated for classified information, controlled unclassified information, or documents that require a government-approved security environment.

Retention and requests

Records remain stored until removed by the site operator. Email admin@coraenterprises.com to request a copy or removal of your information. Do not include additional confidential details in that request.

Current website access

The website and advertising application form are public. Project workspace records and owner tools require authorized access.
