Clarify the need
Identify the project, service, documents, and desired outcome.
CORA Enterprises was created by a group of like-minded industry leaders with a shared purpose: to help others advance by making practical knowledge, experience, and proven resources more accessible.
As industry professionals, we saw a gap: there wasn’t one clear place to turn for practical project support, useful templates, and insight into emerging technology. Information was scattered, especially when it came to understanding what the latest AI platforms could actually do for construction and project management.
We created CORA to bring those resources together. Alongside our services and templates, we aim to share timely updates on AI capabilities and explain how they relate to the work our industry does every day—from managing documents and schedules to improving estimating, reporting, and project workflows.
We believe the lessons learned throughout a career should help more than one team. CORA brings together industry knowledge and hands-on experience to help businesses and project professionals strengthen their operations, solve challenges, and move forward with confidence.
Our services, tools, and Excel templates reflect methods and resources refined over years of practical use. By sharing what we’ve learned—and continuing to improve it—we aim to help others save time, build stronger processes, and make better decisions.
Rooted in construction and project management, our approach is simple: share useful knowledge, provide practical solutions, and help others succeed.
Our purpose is to turn experience into resources others can put to work.
CORA takes its name from the daughter of one of our founders—the founder who leads our marketing. It also stands for Construction Operations Risks & Advisory Enterprises, connecting a personal meaning with the work we do.
